I'd like to suggest a Spar Request thread in the Spar Logs area of the forum, You know, So people can post spar requests that could look like this.

Time available:12:00 PM HST
How long I'm looking to spar:1 hour/10+ posts
Where in the SL:Soul Society, Squad 7 training area.
Then people could follow up with a reply and then the two set up the spar session together, Proceed to then complete it and submit the log for the earning of SP.
It'd probably allow people to spar more often and get to know one another a bit, But then it could also cause those who distribute SP to have to work harder.
If it's found to be a not so good idea then it could be removed, And the same goes for this thread as well.
